Paper Abstract:      The Internet is increasingly used by consumers to determine service and product quality prior to purchase. While large organizations have the resources to carefully track online consumer sentiment, such approaches are financially prohibitive for small and medium enterprises. In this work we propose STATE, a Sentiment Tracking Architecture for Targeted Enterprise. STATE exploits REpresentational State Transfer (REST) services in order to capture Internet sentiment towards products and organizations.
